We are happy to help you make your company or waiting room more child friendly. From advising on the design of a promotional product to its complete realisation
A selection from our portfolio
For our clients, we have, in recent years successfully planned and accomplished a variety of children's activities.
Furniture store - The dream bedroom
Activity: Children make their dream bedroom out of cardboard during the housing fair.
The children can be creative by making their dream bedroom out of cardboard during your company/product launch. They fold and colour the room. They then style it using the wallpaper and floor coverings from the TMC Living range. For the design they choose from pictures of childrens beds and furniture, similar to that available in store.
Purpose: Children have a good time and parents have their hands free to browse. Because children today are often involved in making choices in the family, we want to introduce them to the products of TMC Wonen. By creating their own Dream Room, they can use their imagination. A child's view is often heard and the influence of a child in the decision making process is high.
Camping - Memory
Activity: Children create their own memory game with this particular campsite in mind, which can also be used as a souvenir.
Purpose: To entertain the children with a fun activity which can be used afterwards by the family in their rented accommodation or tents. Because the keepsake can also be used later, the experience of the campsite is remembered. That is why it is nice if they remember the campsite when the family is planning their next holiday.
Premiere Frozen - Entertainment in line with the film
Activity: During the premiere of the film Frozen II, ElkeDagFeest provided the entire children's program in Vlissingen and Terneuzen. In addition, ElkeDagFeest advised Cine City on tailor-made catering activities.
To attract more visitors by offering before and after film activities. Children who attend this premiere are often already fans of the first release. By offering an extensive children’s program around the premiere, the film and cinema will receive more publicity. More visitors will attend the premiere and as a result the cinema will have more publicity due to the popularity of the event. The cinema can also generate a higher turnover before the premiere starts because families will turn up earlier and will more than likely make use of the available catering facilities.
Open day in the hospital
Activity: create a plan with activities to entertain the children during the open day.
Purpose: Attract more visitors, by suitable entertainment children will feel included in the event. Parents will attend open days more easily if they know that the children will enjoy the experience as well. An additional advantage from entertainment in line with the hospital will include and show the children what a typical day in the hospital looks like. This will influence the way they feel about a hospital (often a fearful experience).
Ride for the Roses event
Activity: Ride for the Roses is a cycling event to raise money to support cancer research. During the ride for Roses ElkeDagFeest took care of the children's entertainment. In a specially constructed children's corner a variety of children’s activities were organised, like face painting roses on children’s cheeks and making banners to support family members.
Purpose: To entertain the children during the event and create commitment to the cause. The entertainment makes it fun for children to join in at the event. They can make banners to support the attendees. This way they are included in the purpose of the event and by mentioning that children's entertainment is there, it will attract more visitors as well.
More visitors are attracting to the food forest
Activity: We had the privilege to design the access signs and plant signs for park De Meerpaal. We also designed an activity book for the foodforest.
Purpose: attract more visitors. The activity book included eating facts, a scavenger hunt, a jigsaw and a colouring page.
Activity: During the opening event children got introduced to the products of GBG through a memory game. On the back of the large memory cards we placed the logo. The front is printed with products by GBG.
Purpose: To entertain the children during the opening event and introduce them to the products of GBG. The large memory game attracts the attention of the present visitors. This way the range of products available are shown. Whilst children play the game, the adults are shown the range of products offered by the company. As a token of appreciation we designed a colouring book which was given to the children to take home.
Open day at a car company
Activity: create a plan of action for an open day at the car garage for the children. The children will receive a tour of the company and are allowed to take a look under the bonnet of a car. The children are also asked to help change a tyre.
Purpose: To introduce children to the car industry and the tasks of mechanics. An additional advantage is that sellers can have a conversation with the parents about MOT tests and other services provided. These increase customer loyalty.
Activities for a day attraction
Activity: Proposal to design various items for the one day attraction store.
Goal: A nice memory gift in which the children and their parents can remember their visit to the day attraction in a positive way.
Activity: Advising on activities for children in the waiting area.
Purpose: To make the waiting area fun for the children and to ensure that it is also tailored to the company
